BELGRAVIA, LONDON, UK
“Make this house feel like a home.” was the client’s brief.
“Turn it into a sellable property.” was the agent’s brief.
We were asked to provide the client with an interior design service in which some existing furnishings in the house were replaced with new furnishings to help market the property to prospect buyers.
This was to be done through a review of the property and furnishing requirements. We were required to plan the dressing of the house, manage and monitor delivery of the furnishings and assist in dressing the detailed accessories.
There was no original limit to the budget but our final solution cut the original estimated furniture costs to under half and delivered a sustainable project. We developed a design style that matched our client’s specific expectations and found furniture and accessories from a variety of sources that, when brought together, created a warm household and gave each room its own identity and flare. Little details were scattered throughout the property to give lifestyle touches and a neat yet characterful look to the residence. Both client and agent were very happy with the end result!
Angeliki and Elina understood the result I was looking to achieve right from the outset and delivered a look and feel to the house which more than met my expectations”
