2022 June – We are hiring!

We are looking for purpose driven people to join our growing team at Grigoriou Interiors, to help us and our clients achieve a truly sustainable and flourishing built environment.

We have several current roles we are looking to fill immediately, both designers and consultants, and encourage you to submit your cv and portfolio if you feel you cover one of the roles or a mix of the skills we are after. We believe in selecting the right people to fit the team and who have the right mindset for what we do. We are looking for senior Interior Designers, or Architects with interior design focus, and who wish to upskill in sustainability if they don’t already have the skills. We are also looking for Sustainability Consultants who have 5-10 years of sustainable strategy and/or environmental benchmarking experience and wish to delve also into consulting in sustainable design.

About us…

We work with a wide range of clients, national and international, ranging from workplaces, universities, private residences, global institutions, international corporates and start-up businesses. The common theme between all our clients is they are passionate about being sustainable, wish to do good, and are willing to push beyond standard practice to achieve real change.

We provide a flexible working pattern for those who may need it or find they flourish at sunrise and sunset. We are a growing team that is based across 3 countries and 2 continents, but the new roles need to be London centric or able to commute in 2-3 days a week.

Our Values which we use to guide our daily work and are defined by the whole team collaboratively are: Beauty, Pioneering, Resilience, Trust, Joy, Creativity and Knowledge. We hope these words feel inspiring and speak to you too!

You can read about our target UN SDGs here  – they drive and explain all that we offer as services and their purpose.

About you…

We consider being nice and empathic key attributes to developing strength and skill, as is being a team player, speaking your truth beautifully, taking initiative yet being patient, respecting all who you connect with, having integrity, and a weird passion for details that no other sector would understand.

Experience and skills of all sorts come in handy in real life situations, so please do bring your full self in your introduction. Other things we value include reliability, flexibility/tolerance, resilience, humour and joy, a healthy appetite for constant learning and healthy questioning. The whole team is invited and encouraged to contribute to marketing and PR activities, and we can create a space for your own voice to be heard in the industry and add value as part of our knowledge sharing aims.

Some further details:

  • All roles in our team come with 28 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, plus your birthday is an additional day off too!
  • We value and welcome all who can add diversity to our current team.
