November is the month that sees the full launch of Ska Rating the new environmental benchmarking and rating system. The award winning interior fit-out rating system has been adopted by RICS and will offer a free online facility as well as professional certification. Developed by industry for industry, Ska Rating is designed to encourage good practice in the Interior Design and fit out industry and has been developed collaboratively by consultants, contractors and occupiers.
Elina Grigoriou is a development partner who will provide environmental assessments by default on all her design projects for the next 6 months as well as an independent Ska Rating Accredited Assessor and adviser.
