BRIEF

A Business Club like no other. That was pretty much the brief by Lynne Franks and the Regus Team – and it had to reflect women!

We were then asked to repeat the successful design scheme for the Clubs in Bristol and Manchester.

SOLUTION

We took the shabby chic style concept that was requested and developed it into a commercial design. The concept was developed for the flagship club in Covent Garden, which was also a Grade II listed building. In addition to furniture and fittings, the scheme involved structural alterations, lighting design and unique wall and ceiling murals. The design includes sustainable selections, reuse and reduced waste during construction.

We were recommended to Regus by the contractor, First Choice Build Group who we worked with on this project.

Sustainable Achievements

ECONOMIC
The project was delivered on budget.

SOCIAL
Many fittings and materials from the old fit-out were put on Freecycle and were gratefully received by members of the public, a school and SME’s.

ENVIRONMENTAL
VOC free paints, FSC certified wallpaper, wool carpets, vintage and reclaimed furniture were all par of the specification and most of the waste was diverted from landfill.
