We are hiring – 2 x Graduate Design Interns

Are you an interior design graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with an interest in wellbeing and evidence-based design?

This summer, two graduates will have the chance to join Grigoriou Interiors for a two-week work experience placement centred at our office in Somerset House in London. This will be a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, purpose-led experience with a practice leading the way in sustainable, wellbeing-focused design and consultancy.

THE PROCESS

Phase 1:
10 candidates will be chosen to join us for a free in-person workshop exploring candidates’ collaborative skills, critical thinking and engagement in Design for Wellbeing and performance at Somerset House on 11th July 2025. This will be a full-day, immersive experience led by our team and providing you the opportunity to develop relationships with your cohort. Everyone who attends will be given free access to our on-demand Design for Wellbeing course (DfW), created by Elina Grigoriou to support their professional development and skills.

Phase 2:
From the workshop, two candidates will be selected to join us for a two-week hybrid work experience placement centred at our office in Somerset House, London, from 28th July to 8th August 25. This will be a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, purpose-led experience with a practice leading the way in sustainable, wellbeing-focused design and consultancy. Please note that candidates must be able to complete the 20-hour DfW online learning prior to the internship’s starting date.

CANDIDATE SELECTION

Selection of candidates will be based on the following skills and aptitudes:

  • Analysis and insights aptitude
  • Authenticity and diversity
  • Alignment with GI Culture and Values

What you’ll be able to gain:
