We are hiring – June 2024

We are looking for a purpose driven person to join our team at Grigoriou Interiors. We are interior designers, sustainability consultants and educators that specialise in creating sustainable spaces with wellbeing at heart, contributing to a better and more balanced world.

We take a holistic view – designing interiors that create social and environmental value, make a meaningful impact on peoples’ lives, and enhance our clients’ financial bottom line.

We are currently looking for a Mid-level Sustainability Consultant to join our team with a minimum 5 years of sustainable strategy and/or environmental benchmarking experience, who wishes to also delve into consulting in sustainable design.

About us…

We work with a wide range of clients, national and international, ranging from workplaces, universities, private residences, global institutions, international corporates, and start-up businesses. The common theme between all our clients is they are passionate about being sustainable, wish to do good, and are willing to push beyond standard practice to achieve real change.

We provide a flexible and hybrid working pattern for those who may need it or find they flourish at sunrise and sunset. We are a growing team that is based across 5 countries and 2 continents. The new role needs to be London centric or able to commute in a minimum of 2-3 days a week to attend team collaborative working, site visits, team learning, presentations and project meetings.

Our Values which we use to guide our daily work and have been defined by the whole team collaboratively are: Beauty, Pioneering, Resilience, Trust, Joy, Creativity and Knowledge. We hope these feel inspiring and speak to you too!

We also issued our first full sustainability report last year, and you can read about our performance here. You’ll also be able to read about our target UN SDGs – they drive and explain all that we offer as services and their purpose.

Other things we value include reliability, flexibility/tolerance, resilience, humour and joy, a healthy appetite for constant learning and healthy questioning. The whole team is invited and encouraged to contribute to marketing and PR activities, and we can create a space for your own voice to be heard in the industry and add value as part of our knowledge sharing aims.
